September 16 Memorial sites rip offs scamsThe US Government do not give a hoot about copyright and the endless abuse on the Internet and it’s easy to see why so many nations endlessly persistently have a go at and shame the US.
The again nations like Australia Canada New Zealand very wrongly assume they are outside of the law if the material is owned by anyone not resident in their countries. They each assume this means they can use what they like without penalty. So this means they also assume their residents are not bound by law of any other nation or Country, the clearly senseless morons in Government allows residents to wrongly believe and assume this.
The US Government even allows fraudsters to freely use the US Copyright system to rip global people off, and then do nothing at all to hear a complaint or investigate.
The numerous memorial sites found online right across the globe are a massive scam and a rip off whatever nation the customer lives in.
These oh so sympathetic people are really nice via email while they’re realistically just thinking give me your money every year you idiot, make me rich. They place memorial sites online for a small yearly fixed fee, but you miss one of those payments and your memorial is off line before you can blink.
What these rip off merchants also do is allow the use of any material whether its copyright or not, and they never tell the grieving folk they face up to two years in prison for breach of copyright as of 2006/2007.
This use of widely global popular copyright material this in turn then brings the site owners a vast super ranking in search engines through the popular material being listed time and time again.
At the end of the day the memorial site owners will cunningly very slyly accuse any folk chasing their own copyright material off line, of being carless and thoughtless and even recklessly abuse and use their very own customers to achieve this goal.
Why the heck do you want to pay someone a yearly fee, even someone posing as a charity, making them rich, for a memorial site that will be instantly taken off line the second a payment is missed? You get free web space from your own ISP use that instead of making some greedy vulture filthy rich.
There is NOT one truly caring thoughtful memorial site anywhere in the globe that does not have a greedy vulture sitting at the head of it all, you want to see some of the emails from them all as clear precise proof.
And in 2006/2007 you can go to prison for use of any copyright material and realise the memorial site owner will not tell you the truth but will tell you only what you need to hear as long as you are paying them or promising payment
Basically at the end of the day do not use a memorial site make your own on free web space and post your own thoughts and not those someone else has created to protect yourself. Keep your cash in your pocket and make yourself a little richer.
It will be easier for a memorial site owner to pass through the eye of a needle than get into Heaven

I for one would dearly love to know just who these folk actually complete these surveys with or who they base the results on.

My Wife was 50 recently and for her Birthday I took her off to Europe on a mentioned Mediterranean cruise for a week’s holiday (her choice to have just the one week not mine) if this is not romantic then what is. On that same cruise there were many couples where Husbands were treating their Wife for a Birthday or Anniversary gift.
Stop talking to teens and youths in completing these surveys before folk like me are forced to challenge the comments made in a court of law and publically show organisers and the likes that they are chronically wrong
I may be getting on and not have my former youthful looks any longer but I would openly challenge any to dispute my clearly natural and quite automatic silver romantic tongue
Just a few year back Geordie men were voted as being found to have the third sexiest accent in the world, if these negative comments keep appearing in the news then I for one will be fiercely disputing them and showing the organisers up as nothing more than cranks who are absolutely incorrect?

The idea is to sicken folk off from waiting and make sure they are forced to ring back time and time again while they whack customer’s telephone bills up making added revenue fraudulently for themselves at 25p per call.
They were already investigated for making folk hang on and pay per minute this is clearly the exact same scam and one they will be investigated for. In doing this one night every now and then they rake in added billions in that one night alone
In making complaint you will be openly lied to and told the company were extra busy that night answering enquiries
They are also working in conjunction with apple to sell the IPhone with an MMS system that knowingly will not work
O2 may well have one of the cheapest pricing costs for mobile phones but the service stinks literally and is none existent
IPhone batteries will also cost you a packet and are not made to last and you can NOT replace them yourself.
It is about time Global Government investigated companies like this gocopyright fraudsters scam conThere is a copyright company working online named gocopyright they have a web site at gocopyright.com do not use them they will defraud you quite openly and leave you no course of complaint
They openly boast to copyright material using the USA Government copyright service at a fixed fee.
T hey will quote you $65 USA Dollars cost but they will fraudulently charge you and take from your bank account almost double and more.
They also offer a fed ex service to speed the process up which they will take $25 for yet they do not even use that service despite you paying them for this once again defrauding you.
They are using USA Government to achieve this fraud and when you complain to US Government they simply add you to junk mail lists and send junk from the US President in person
The USA Government must take criminal action and close this site and see the site owner face a trail in a court of law
The FBI simply log the case and fail to investigate or take action
For any Country to allow its own Government services to openly be used to defraud people right across the globe then that Government itself need serious investigation also
Use the USA Governments own actual web site when wanting copyright they charge next to nothing for a single item or a CD containing several items.
The US Government quite clearly need to get their act together and shut this company down imprisoning all involved before the worlds asks if they are themselves involved in this con fraud global swindle Co-operative InsuranceMany years ago I myself got two life insurance policies with the co-operative insurance one for myself and one for my wife.
I have personally paid these for numerous years until the company eventually changed over in time so that only payment through the bank could be accepted so since then my wife pays them through her bank.
I am quite clearly obviously one of the persons insured and my wife is the other person
In my attempting to get the insurance payments recorded/placed onto the co-operative membership scheme I just knew instantly that the young girl answering the phone could not be bothered and should not have been at work let alone employed by any company. She was quite determined to put that phone down and must have been mucking about with her work mates putting her job at risk all for a stupid dare
In the end she did not get her way and a manager dealt with this and he in turn said he could not deal with the matter as I was not the policy holder.
Yet I am clearly and obviously one of the persons insured and the co-operative and they have happily taken my cash for countless years’ to pay for both these policies. Now should I sue them for fraud do you think as also that they took my cash all those years without any question or dispute?
The clearly dense manager was attempting to say my wife is insured with them twice, and or also that if not so, then no one could or would be able to claim on my own life insurance upon my death?
What and why on earth do companies like the co-operative have folk so blatantly dense and ignorant working for them are they really that desperate for staff.
Next I read his actual mind and told him he was also going to say that because the co-operative membership was in my name and payments in my wife’s that he could not transfer the policy payments onto the scheme and he said exactly just that.
So I should sue them for the clearly obvious ignorance and blatantly dense attitude of their staff and the fact they are trying to say I am not insured
After thirty odd years if it turns out that I am not insured I will sue the co-operative insurance for a million for every year they have defrauded me
Instead I rang the insurance ombudsman who gave me their complaints phone number hopefully this is now being resolved and hopefully our insurance is being placed onto the co-operative membership scheme July 22 Dangerous Breville KT30 KettleOne Breville KT30 Kettle was purchased 27th March 2009 at Shields Road Byker Newcastle it lasted less than one month before becoming dangerous
First it tripped the electric on one occasion then the seal went and according to online research this is common fault with that particular model, you wake up to a flooded kitchen bench (or whatever the kettle stands on)
Due to error on staff at the purchasing stores part at a cost £7 the kettle was then posted back to Breville along with requested receipt
Breville did absolutely nothing as such I involved trading standards at Breville’s locality
Customer Services at Morrisons were absolutely terrible, customer services at Breville was none existent, however the overall general manager at Morrisons was excellent and in the end resolved this without question or problem
Breviile have only recently been prosecuted for selling another electric kettle’s that actually explodes.
With the appalling attitude shown in this case alone by Breville they should be investigated and prosecuted two dangerous models of electric kettles makes for a public investigation?
Customer services personal need to realise what the phrase stands for, we are here to help you, it seems as with global lack of respect for any one so customer service staff are also failing badly to respect the public.

Needless to say coming from a massive family Breviile have lost out more than they realise over 250 people are now spreading the word not to use or purchase anything from Breville July 21 IPod Touch IPhone held to ransom by Apple's GreedMy Wife has an IPod touch I have an IPhone we are fed up of the software trying to add the same files to each other’s IPod touch/ IPhone when we only want specific files adding to each one
Apple are trying to charge my wife for updating her software on her IPod touch when she has already paid for enough as it is and when I already have the actual software right here for my IPhone.
The promise made when purchasing this IPod touch as also the IPhone was that free software would be provided life along
Considering I own an Iphone using the same software they expect my wife to also pay for then it is wrong and criminal for APPLE to attempt to make her forcibly pay £5.99 to upgrade the software when she could easily use the same software that I already have on the computer as my IPhone right here.
Such is the sheer and absolute greed of Apple as a global company they are saying two customers in our household equals two separate accounts when it comes to billing charges and software
Yet if we had 50 computers we could use the same software on each one with the one payment alone. We would not be forced and held to ransom to purchase different operating software for each separate computer as apple are attempting to do
However Apple is so greedy that they are openly wilfully preventing my Wife’s IPod touch from upgrading the actual software in what is not only a criminal act of fraud but also holding her to ransom. Mark my words I aim to sue Apple big time
If someone does not respond and investigate and resolve this then we will both take legal action and seek full total absolute refund of all spent and wasted today in respect of clear pure outright greed and hostility on apples part Cruises and the consCruises are okay but the actual ships and crew alike are geared up and determined to pressure you into spending your cash whether you are all inclusive or not. Apparently there is no such thing as a genuine all inclusive cruise but travel agents neglect quite wilfully to tell you this
However day one of this cruise at Tunis (La Goulette) the tour guide was using ourselves as all paying customers to be forcibly placed under pressure by local shop keepers to buy seriously over priced goods rather be than shown the sites that we all were promised to be shown.
Myself and wife as numerous other folk in several coaches all paid £34 per person to have a tour guide use us as a potential way for himself to make cash with local traders
We did not pay to be given a shopping trip where we were pressured severely to buy goods we did not want. We all paid to see the sites and not to be taken on a shopping trip we were being pressured to buy carpets at 400 and 200 euro and necklaces at several hundred euro actually worth only 5 euro in the UK right here
In my pointing this out to the tour guide as sales assistants we were then heckled where ever we went after by angry shop keepers knowing we were not prepared to be defrauded
The fact we had asked for an all inclusive holiday and then found we were expected to pay extortionate fees for numerous other services on board the ship has put us totally off ever cruising again or using any tour guide on any other holiday what so ever
We have effectively wasted £64 on that part of the cruise in what was clearly effective fraud on the part of the tour guide as also the people arranging this part of the cruise
The tour guide was telephoning shop keepers throughout telling them all we were on our way rather than show us the real history of that city blatantly ignorant to the fact we were all wasting cash and valuable holiday time. We got some 7 minutes to see part of a museum in all
We will never cruise again as it is apparent that everything is not all inclusive we will holiday in a hotel in all future holidays
The Tour Operators P&O are attempting to ignore this complaint totally and are clearly aware they are committing mass fraud time and time again on unsuspecting tourists July 20 Begging Drinking and Drug AbuseWe were in the Mediterranean recently for a week as a romantic treat for the wife’s 50th Birthday we visited Palma Tunisia Rome Italy France and Spain
In that short time in all those countries we saw one person begging this was in Rome and another one (clearly obvious a junkie) asked us for 50 cents in Spain. That was very impressive for Europe especially after all the warnings we had been given before going ashore.
Let’s look at England in comparison and where we live as an example, on the local Quayside and in the City we see and hear up to fifteen to twenty people a day begging also many countless more in the town centre selling the big issue
It’s certainly not because we as a Country are worse off than these other Countries it’s because these folk are boasting openly to be making up to two and three hundred pounds a day begging, the cash is sadly used to feed drink or drug addiction.
Then on top of this young teenage girls are crying to tourists and business men alike (all in an act) that they are being thrown out of a none existent flat and folk are foolishly giving them several hundred pounds to pay none existent rent arrears. The cash is sadly used to buy drugs.
We may well be crying shame on the Government and Authorities but it’s those abusing the kindness of genuine folk that should feel the shame and pay the penalty too.
Their own words brag and boast to actively be making up to 200 300 UK pounds a day begging and then getting state benefits on top. They are actively making more in a single week than most folk make in a month sadly all to be wasted in drink or drugs
It’s hard to know if someone is genuine in this day and age and it’s about time something drastic was done to combat this. You simply cannot reward a drug user or alcoholic in hope they’ll become cured or a better person. The only person who can help those folk as we all know is they them self.

It’s about time the law was totally changed regarding begging in public as also drinking any form of alcohol in public places these folk are making a vast deal more income than I do and more than most folk reading this blog

Since the upgrade to a new Dell pc which has windows Vista Home Premium version 6.0 (build 6.002: Service pack 2)
It was inevitable that numerous former programs would yet again no longer work or function as is the routine norm with every windows change over or upgrade. But in sincerity Microsoft have gone back twenty years instead of advancing forward as they normally do.
The system thanks to Vista is severely slow at start up and now slower than an old XP booting from DOS as well as an old computer using windows 3.1 or 3.11 yet it’s state of the art as pc’s go
The System has a 64 bit browser and a normal browser, whichever is used in hotmail there are constantly severe problems the main one being that the normal browser crashes out with every use.
In using ITunes 64 bit the system must continually be restarted before ITunes will even load up on screen or even function
There is clearly no co-operation between apple and Microsoft in speedily resolving such issues
Day and Night alike I am having to disconnect the modem and restart it time and time again or restart the pc to get an actual connection that functions
In using EditPad Pro the mouse disappears totally off the screen and makes me squint with my nose nearly pressed right up to the screen in effort to find this. This is something my optician has just stopped me from doing recently and vista has stepped me back over totally in this matter causing damage to my eyes and sight
Considering I use EditPad Pro daily then this must be resolved speedily to avoid me damage to my eyesight
There are countless folders that are of no absolute use which vista will not let me access delete move change
In respect to Microsoft there must be a much greater deal of effort put in to ensure that programs run as smoothly as possible before new versions of windows are released to general public

Mr Bill Gates would sincerely be disappointed to still see so many problems all these years on since vistas actual launch
Microsoft as also Dell will hear my complaints and grumbles but only at a cost of £40 to myself for the tech support they can not offer in this case. Dell offered to downgrade my version of windows to a 32 bit version (why it’s the exact same) or to XP for a pricy cost. This is the global con we are all open too with every windows operating system upgrade, then they cheekily send me a questionnaire asking about their service
